I invite you to join me for a deeply rejuvenating mini-retreat designed to relax and reset your body, mind and soul.
In this workshop you’ll find peace and ease as you relax into rejuvenating restorative yoga poses designed to bring you into a state of deep meditation and bliss consciousness. Your experience will be further enhanced by revitalizing breathwork, guided meditation, soothing crystal bowl sound therapy, hands-on healing and essential oil application.
Our restorative yoga session will be fully supported with props, such as bolsters, blocks and blankets as we prepare our bodies to decompress and our minds to unwind. Restorative postures will be held for 3-5 minutes helping us to calm our nervous system while creating a strong link between mind and body. Long held, prop-supported postures have a profound, yet subtle effect on the endocrine (or hormonal) system, and enhance our ability to passively influence connective tissue.
